I just had my generator replaced by Empower Generators Inc. I found the team to be very professional, responsive and competent. They were competitively priced and offer a complete set of installation and monitoring services. Ron removed my old generator and set up my new generator in a just a few hours. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

got the range rover version of generators from Empower. Great team and lots of personal attention and hand holding through the process. Ron, Ravit, and Deborah are great. I hope to never use this generator but I am super happy that we got one from Empower!

This my second post. The team at Empower Generators were highly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process from purchase to generating plans to obtaining permit approvals from the city. Their customer service ethic is superior. Since final installation was completed in March 2023, my generator has already kept my home going through 4 power outages!
