  Went to see my Dr. Ekladios for follow up visit and also my blood pressure was extremely high when I went to see another Dr. Marie she required I visit my primary care physician. As always when signing in at the front desk these to front desk women has the worst attitude when it comes to me seeing the Doctor. I told them about my Medicaid share of cost and how it was explained to me. They said I could not see the doctor unless I paid. This is the same woman that tried to tell me once before I had a copay and that was a lie. I have never ever seen the most uncaring rude front desk people in all my life. Forget that I was admitted to the hospital with heart problems and when blood pressure last checked was 166/111. They could careless. Now I have to go back to the emergency room because they refused to allow me to be seen in the office.
  
  Follow up from my last review. Got a call from the office manager SherryAnn at Dr. Ekladios office on Wednesday April 3 regarding my review. I explained that I was just released at the hospital. She set an appointment for me to see Dr. Ekladios on Friday May 5 and to go over my experience at the office. Please let me clarify one thing about my previous review none of the previous review had anything to do with Dr. Ekladios himself this is a great Doctor he does not rush through your visit with him. He makes sure that not only do you understand all of your test results He answers your questions and make sure you understand what He is saying He explains any new medications. If you get through the front desk attitude and get to Him you will have a wonderful Doctor. I still got a cold feeling from the front desk but the manager SherryAnn made it all better. I’m not going to change my Primary care physician because as I said none of this was about Dr Ekladios He is a great Doctor. Thank you SherryAnn. The front desk women can use some work. But if you are looking for a great Doctor Dr Ekladios is that Doctor. For my experience today I rate it 5 stars because I also love the new information that was given to me by manager SherryAnn.

  The best doctor! If you are looking for caring primary care physician look no further. Dr. Emad Ekladios is very attentive, courteous, he always listens carefully, answers all the questions and is your health advocate. Dr. Ekladios schedules all routine tests and addresses any concerns right away with proper referrals, he really provides best care possible. Not only he is very knowledgeable he is also very reasonable, he would never schedule an appointment just to charge your insurance, I experienced that type of doctor before. He prescribes best medicine that really works.
