  I own a fitness facility, and we had our Christmas party at PARC3400. I toured the facility when I learned that I could hold our party in the Clubhouse, and instantly fell in love with the space. The view from the room we were in looked out to the infinity pool and outdoor area, which again, is absolutely gorgeous! The Clubhouse is spectacular, every detail is modern and clean and just stunning. The clubhouse was decorated for Christmas, and every detail was perfect. The amenities inside the Clubhouse that we had access to made it a perfect space for us. We catered our food in, and had plenty of counter top space, as well as a mini fridge, Ice maker, full sized fridge and sink. We even had access to the coffee station for the end of the night drive home. It was a great space to host our party, and the staff that helped us to set it all up were super friendly, professional & extremely helpful!! I would recommend the space to anyone, and would love the opportunity to hold our parties there again!!!!!

  What an amazing place to live and to have parties, we had our 2018 Christmas party here and got a tour by the amazing staff, the amenities are awesome. Great location near Broward college, the turnpike, and the 595. I really recommend you visit and even live here.

  Beautiful Community! Clean and well maintained with a great Staff. The apartment amenities are inviting and accommodating. A great place to live in Davie, and close to Nova and expressway access is convenient.

  Great place to live. Destiny is awesome! They are always improving and trying to make the place better. I would recommend this place to anyone

  I’ve been living here for over a year. The apartment is beautiful and the pool and gym are very nice and kept clean. I love the staff, they are extremely helpful. They also hold cute events like food trucks every month.
