  The staff at University Insurance are professional yet very personable. They understand that certain requests are time-sensitive and they do all that is necessary to get us what is needed. Very pleasant staff and I recommend them highly for all your insurance needs.

  University Insurance Group was there for me at a time where A LOT, wasn't going my way. They were not only able to insure me, while some of the major companies wouldn't, but still managed to get me the best price. I cannot say enough good things about them. My agent, Mary Wessell jumped through more than a few hoops to make sure I was happy in every sense of being a customer. Price, service and selection. Stay awesome University Insurance Group!

  I have had to call this office several times when I have difficulty trying to get things completed online. They have never failed me. I just now got off the phone with Mary Wessell who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! She knew I was frustrated and immediately said no problem, I'll take care of it. And guess what??? She did!!! In what was seconds an email appeared and my problem was resolved. Thanks to the professionalism in this office, I will never go anywhere else!!!! THANK YOU TO THE UNIVERSITY INSURANCE GROUP!!!!!!! :)

  Sean helped me to find a cheaper rate on my auto insurance at my renewal. It was a very simple process and I saved nearly $50 a month on my auto insurance thanks to him. He followed up with me to assure I had all my documents taken care of so I didn't have any problems with my policy. Overall great place with great rates on insurance!
