As first time home buyers, the whole process was daunting. We had no idea what to expect, especially in today's competitive market. There are so many moving parts and different parties involved in a purchase and as first time home buyers we had no idea how complex this really was. Jeffery was able to coordinate lenders, attorneys, inspectors, insurance and appraisers with us and really helped streamline the whole process and work through any hiccups. Jeffery is fantastic! He spent several full days showing me houses or meeting me after work so I could see them quickly. He spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable and understood every piece of paperwork and every decision I had to make along the way to home ownership. He worked tirelessly with the other realtor, my lender (who he found for me) and his team, and my insurance agent to get everything in place for a very quick closing.
