This is the first time using Easy Carpet Cleaning Service and I was very happy with the experience. I had two chairs and some carpet cleaned and I was so happy with the quality of the work. The gentlemen that came were professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend using Easy Carpet Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.
Easy Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on my carpets, stair runner and upholstery. We have white micro-suede dining chairs that often get food stains and drink spills. They cleaned and treated the chairs so that now when there is a spill, we can wipe it up with a damp cloth. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your carpet and preventative care needs. They are honest, good guys that are punctual, fairly priced and really nice to work with.
I want to thank the extraordinary service Martin provided in response to a pipe burst and flood this past Sunday night - he was very sympathetic to my situation especially after a series of recent bad luck. He took time to discuss other potential issues and preventative action. He is very friendly, customer focused and super smart!
Scheduling was easy and representative was knowledgeable and not pushy. Technician was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and took their time with the job. The carpets were incredibly clean and smelled great. I will continue to use Easy Carpet Cleaning Service and refer them to my family and friends. Very pleased new customer!
