  I recently had a service tech from Sansone Air Conditioning at my home due to water leaking from the a/c unit. I have central air but the air handler is in a closet and water had soaked the floor by that door. Robin was sent by the company to find the problem. He also taught me the word "air handler". Needless to say, he located the problem inside of a few minutes. The drain line was clogged. Lots of gunk had stuffed the line and it was an ugly sight.
  The reason I'm writing this is to say the service I received was exceptional. From the time I made the appointment, I was impressed with the customer service. Before the tech came to my house, I received a phone call that he would arrive in 15 minutes. That works for me as I don't like to open the door in the middle of the day when I'm not sure who it is. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very personable and, the best part, he cleaned up the messy stuff. A big THANK YOU to Sansone Air Conditioning. Family owned. You won't find a more efficient company.

  Reminded why I choose to do business with Sansone for 15+ years, and you should too. From Initial visit with Les, sales consultant to the Install by Jeremy and Drain service by Matt (after hours) I was treated with prompt and professional service. Even Monica in the office. The management team stepped up and approved the drain treatment as it was needed with the greater humidity controls of the newer Carrier units.
  I can easily say this company is a “highly recommend” to all in the south fl area.

  They were absolutely awesome. Showed up in two hrs on a Saturday. Fixed my ac (no power) and installed smart thermostat within an hr. The rates are awesome, tech was awesome (Dylan), very polite. Will definitely use again in the future.
