(September 26, 2018, 12:15 pm)I have been doing Jazzericse for 11 years and an instructor for 4 years and I can honestly say it is the most fun, complete, and versatile workout I have ever gotten! North Broward offers many different variations of class including Strike (a kickboxing-esqe style) and strength training. Getting through an hour of intense work is much easier with the great students at this center. Each class can be tailored to your intensity needs and you are guaranteed to walk out feeling successful in your exercise goals. If you don't believe me, the only option is to come check us out for yourself! With multiple class options a week, you are sure to find something that fits your schedule. If you love great music and even better people, this is the place for you!

(July 5, 2017, 1:59 pm)One of the best workouts you can get! Your pace or your push, it's entirely up to you! Love the music and the choreography as well as all the friendly people! It has worked for me and it will work for you! Come check it out and hang out in the back of the room with me!!

(June 9, 2017, 1:55 pm)Every workout feels like a dance party. Time flies. You get a full cardio, strength and flexibility workout. The instructors are fabulous. You can amp up or dial back your intensity according to your fitness level. All ages, weight and fitness levels in the classes.
