  I cannot recommend them highly enough.This was the smoothest, most pleasant auto buying experience I have ever had, and this from someone who loathes car shopping. Staff is friendly, courteous, and goes out of their way to be helpful and informative. When I arrived to pick up my car all the paperwork was ready and all I had to do was sign on the (pink highlighted) lines.

  I found Auto Imports Miami while conducting a search for a late model Mercedes Benz S550 for my wife. I located a beautiful car and sent an email checking it’s availability. Sean from Auto Imports Miami contacted me via email immediately, informing me that the car was still available. When I decided to move ahead with the purchase, Sean answered every question and responded to my financial institutions requests very quickly. Since the purchase was a long distance transaction, I called and emailed Auto Imports Miami no less than 10 times and each time he responded quickly and professionally. When I travelled down to South Florida to take delivery of the vehicle, Sean and the staff of Auto Imports Miami really took care of us. We took the vehicle off of the showroom floor and took it for a test drive. After removing the car from the showroom Sean agreed to bring the car back into the showroom and park it next to the Christmas tree to allow my wife to be photographed with the car displaying a large red ribbon. Working with Auto Imports Miami was a great experience and they have just earned two new customers for life. Thank you!!

  Auto Imports Miami and it's staff are absolutely amazing. They are very enthusiastic, considerate, experienced and devoted. Sean Manor is not even a salesman, but made my vehicle purchase the very easiest and enjoyable ever. All of the business was done online and over the phone via text and talk. My BMW M6 was thoroughly inspected, detailed and in top mechanical condition prior to me receiving it. Sean Manor had the vehicle shipped to me and great rate and maintained contact with me throughout the process. Customer service at it's best, and better than any that I've experienced. Moreover, this dealership is flexible on costs and works diligently to meet the customers' needs. This organization has gained my confidence, loyalty, friendship and stamp of approval! Thank you.
