  We rented from vip on our last vacation. I can't say enough great things about the experience we had with them. They met us at the airport with our car and met us at the terminal when we were leaving to pick it up. We even had to extend our rental 2 days and they acted like our personal concierge and took care of everything for us. Then they even text us before our flight left letting us know they refunded the deposit and wished us a safe flight home. 5 star service all the way around we will never rent a vehicle from anywhere else when vip is available to rent from. Thanks again guys for the great experience

  Rented a Mercedes S class for my sons Prom, VIP provided such a nice experience from online easy reservations to prompt last minute delivery directly to my home. Car was absolutely clean, smelled nice, and maintained perfectly ! Highly Recommended for anyone looking for a great place to rent any car, they also have a large variety. Will definitely be renting again soon ! Thanks again

  Came to the lot to choose out something for my trip to Orlando. All cars were detailed like at the dealership. Great ride on the Tahoee! My kids def enjoyed the DVD player. They connected there Nintendo and were playing video games the whole ride there and back

  Fantastic experience, Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable on all the cars they had. He helped me with all the questions I had since this was a first rental at this type of level! Great customer service all around. Called at midnight to extend and its was done in a breeze
