  Literally right across from the beach! And GREAT value! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and FREE parking. Plus free beach chairs ($20 deposit per chair for your entire stay; return the chairs at checkout and receive your money back) and plenty of towels to borrow for the beach or pool. Speaking of pools, there are two of them! One is heated to 90°F and the other is not heated. The small restaurant/bar was also surprisingly good and we had excellent service! I cannot say enough how much I loved staying here! My only MINOR complaint would be the lack of outlets in the room. But you would be crazy if you didn't choose this as your place to stay! I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Fort Lauderdale.

  I'd like to say that all of the staff very very nice very polite help you every way they can. The rooms were very clean. The beach was just right across the street and they gave you chairs to sit at the beach which was wonderful. It's February Valentine's Day and the water at that pool is very hot it was a pleasure I would recommend this place to all of my friends. And I will be back

  Overall we had a great experience here, such a hidden gem. The location is excellent, just take a few steps and you are on the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. We never had a problem with the free parking, we always had a spot in the front. The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and they were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out. The room was very clean (and I am super particular) and housekeeping came each day. The bed was comfortable and the room came with dishes, microwave, and a fridge. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom, pretty small. The saltwater pool was very nice and super warm. The hotel provides free beach towels and beach chairs (with a cash deposit which is returned to you) which was a huge selling point for us as we didn’t want to pay a daily resort fee. We would definitely return in the future!

  The premier hotel is a pretty nice hotel. It is not a luxurious Hotel. It's a motel that's been remodeled. I have no complaints about it at all. We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. But it is what it is. A motel that's been upgraded. No Frills.
