I’ve been in therapy for decades and never felt like it was “working” for me. I kept trying, little did I know it was because I never found the right therapist… until Val.

I found out about her through a friend who was in couples counseling with her. I watched their marriage transform. They went from a couple people had difficulty being around, due to the way they treated each other in public, to one of the most balanced marriages I know. I was like “I NEED to know who you’re seeing” and immediately reached out to Val, then fired my previous therapist after our first session together.

She has a divine sense and knows exactly how far to push someone to grow at the speed they’re able to handle, based off of where they are. She does all things with empathy and love. She is the first therapist I’ve ever found who spent time encouraging me in a way that really broke through some of the trauma pain I had been dealing with, instead of just focusing on “fixing” the trauma… she is a friend and confidant to her patients; and it’s genuine.

Other therapist I’ve been to have not been in the room with me at moments, some of you know what I mean, I could feel them energetically check—out during a session. Not Val. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I could never do what she does. Every single person I know who has been to her has the exact same story. We all love her and feel like we are growing thanks to her gift.

Snowy is a pretty awesome therapist too (her adorable pup).

Valerie is a true humanitarian who helps those in need within her local community. My family and I have the tools we need to function in a healthy way because Valerie took the time to show us how to use them. I am very grateful to her and highly recommend any individuals, couples and families in need of counseling to schedule with Valerie, you will be forever changed for the better!

Valerie Elsbree is an extraordinary therapist. She is caring, a fantastic listener, and she says what needs to be said… but in a way that is compassionate, tolerable, kind and understanding. She doesn’t just listen… We really talk… She asks probing questions...She makes suggestions… She helps me understand the “why’s” and always moves me in the right direction!

I have known Valerie for many years. She is thoughtful and kind at all times, even when she is confronting you on your behaviors or thoughts. Valerie can see beyond our walls and get to what is keeping us stuck. Very knowledgeable about addictions.

I have known Valarie for a good number of years and I believe she is a good listener as well as a very caring person. She is passionate about what she does and I know she feels real emotions about her clients. I cant imagine talking that baggage home with me everyday. Valarie has helped me reason with my own self about issues I have had involving my business, my love life and family life.
