  I had the pleasure of working with Matt Bobby at Premiere Estate Properties when I was looking for a home in Fort Lauderdale. Matt was unbelievably gracious with his time and temperament, as we looked at house after house for months.
  
  I got a call one night from him after hours saying a listing has just come up on MLS and was I free to see it then, as the other brokers couldn't show it again for two days.
  
  Grudgingly, after already having spent 5 hours looking at houses that day, I agreed to meet him there. It turned out to be my dream house. It has everything I was looking for -- and then some. Truly spectacular. As Matt and I tried to hide our excitement from the other brokers, we left and said we'd get back to them.
  
  Matt immediately had a plan, and he executed it perfectly. We made a solid offer with a 24 hour, take it or leave it provision. I was nervous but Matt had it under control. Lo and behold the accepted the offer. We closed in 6 weeks. Two years later not only did I get the house for a great price, but the effort was totally worth it. Matt stuck on the case for 5 months when nothing I saw would really work.
  
  His tireless effort and enthusiasm made a long journey feel like it was all in a days work for him. He also made sure everything went perfectly from the contract to the closing. He did not miss a beat.
  
  Can't recommend him highly enough.
