  Dale navigated my husband and I threw the Buying process with professionalism and ease. His thorough knowledge of all the surrounding areas was incredibly helpful in choosing our location. Although we live in Pittsburgh and could not see homes daily, Dale was always ready and willing to go above and beyond to research homes for us.

  Dale Palmer is the best in the business. If you want the help of a professional who will treat you like you are the only client, look no further. I live out of state and after a brief consult with Dale via phone, I knew that he was someone I could trust. The sell of my home took 3 short months and I could not have done it without him.   We just recently closed on our new home. If you are looking for a highly-detailed, personable realtor who is in constant communication with you, look no further than Dale Palmer. When it comes to selling real estate, one of the most important skills is the ability to clearly communicate. Dale Palmer proved to us time and time again that he has great communication skills and of course having a great personality to boot is a bonus!
  
  Dale made sure we knew about all houses that met our search criteria by sending automatically generated e-mails with listings. This allowed us to see virtually hundreds of homes, allowing us to pare the list down to the 18 or so homes we wanted to see in person. Dale was always accommodating and provided invaluable insight into the Florida real estate market. This was tremendously valuable to us as out-of-state transplants because this was our first time buying in this market. Because of his experience, he was able to recommend a great closing/title agent, an awesome home inspector, and a helpful plumber. He guided us every step of the way from home search, to contract, to successful closing.
  
  You know you have a great realtor when he/she makes you feel like you are their only client. Anytime we wanted to see a house, Dale could accommodate us. Whenever we had questions at any time of the day, we could email or text him. Working with Dale to find our new home was a pleasure.

  Three years ago a friend referred us to Dale Palmer when we were looking for a home in the Fort Lauderdale area. He was so easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and helped us purchase a beautiful condo in Wilton Manors. When we knew we were relocating out of state we contacted Dale again to represent our home for sale. It was a pleasure working with him again. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Dale is very efficient and tries his best to make sure transactions go smoothly.

  Dale was great. There were a lot of issues that came up during our transaction and Dale was always helpful and responsive. At times, we found ourselves frustrated with the whole process but Dale helped keep up focused on the end result, which was to close on our home. He was always supportive and available (even when he was on vacation!) and went way beyond the call of duty in making sure all of our many questions were answered in a timely manner. Dale was recommended to us by good friends of ours and we would definitely do the same without hesitation.
