  Melanie and the staff do great work, are professional, friendly, conscientious, great at communicating. And supervisor Matt has bent over backwards to help whenever necessary, and they are even always accessible by email. I've been going here for years and can't ask for more!

  I have been working with Elizabeth for over a year now. Elizabeth has been so sweet and patient with me. Always spends a lot of time and explains everything throughly. I can’t tell you that difference that makes when you are going through a very tough time. She even offered to have images printed on my prosthetic to make me feel better about it (which it did!) I’ve also met with Matt a few times who has been equally as caring and informative. Even the staff at the front is super friendly an accommodating. The whole office is a truly a pleasure to deal with and there are multiple reasons I drive 40 minutes to this office instead of another closer location.

  Great customer service! My husband had his orthotics made here and it truly helped him. He is the reason I came here. I just received mine and expect to get the same great results. Can’t wait to use them for my hikes. So happy they are still at Holy Cross.
