My first experience with Carolina was during Covid. I had just moved here and needed to transfer my tags and license during a Pandemic. I was new to the area and unfamiliar with the system and/or neighborhood. I happened to see a guy SPINNING a sign just a few blocks away, “TAGS & INSURANCE”. I followed the sign and met Carolina. Not along did she help me get my tags in a speedy fashion, she educated me on the whole Florida MVD process.Originally from Jersey I was not at all prepared for the different procedures. She was not only professional, she was genuine and so pleasant.She informed me that she Aldo prepared taxes,I told her I would think about coming back as I already had an accountant that did my taxes. I thought about her professionalism, her demeanor, and efficiency and decided to give her skill at tax preparation a try. Happy customer once again! I am have to recommend her to my friends and anyone that asks. Carolina is honest and hard working.
