  I had back surgery preformed by Dr Alexander about a month ago. I am extremely happy. For around 6 month months a had physical therapy and doctors wanting me hooked on pills for life. Dr Alexander provided me with a solution. The surgery process was preformed and Miami Surgical center. The staff and facility was top notch. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain.

  I Had a great experience with Dr. Alexander. He told me what my best option was, I went for surgery and so far it has been a great success. I was a little skeptical at first getting bone fusion surgery on my spine. From what i have heard from family who has gotten it done before. Dr. Alexander’s calm and confidence was reassuring and I was obviously in great hands. Would not want this surgery from anyone else. The staff is great. They take care of you very well. Great doctor, great staff, great office. Hope everyone else has had or has a great experience as I have had with this doctor and office. Can’t thank you enough Dr. Alexander. I feel brand new...

  Dr Alexander is the best doctor he did my surgery and in a week and a half was back on my feet doing what I had to do, him and his team took the best care..????????
