We were on vacation and desperately needed wash and fold the same day before leaving to another location to continue a holiday. Blue Ocean Cleaners saved the day..even stayed late to accomodate us. We received everything back and wonderfully packed..easy back to our bags to continue vacation! We are grateful for their service and highly recommend.
I was thoroughly impressed by the new owner, Lee, when she called to warn me about my comforter. She had the experience to know it should be dry cleaned, but I really wanted it washed. She promised to do the best she could, and that resulted in a spectacular outcome I didn't expect. She didn't have to call me- she could have dry cleaned it and played it safe, charging me for what I didn't want. But she didn't play it safe- she actually cared enough to call and run it by me. Between that and a very fair price for the work done, they've earned a loyal customer for life!
