I like that even though you are in a group class you feel like they are providing a personal experience. Whatever goals you might have, the coaches are happy to teach, guide and motivate.

(August 16, 2019, 11:25 am)I can't say enough about this Crossfit! Coach Milena and Coach Isaac are amazing! The facility is clean, well maintained and in a convenient location. I have tried several boxes and this is the most accommodating and friendly one in Broward. If you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran you won't be disappointed!
