  Polite, professional & responsive. As a replant from Chicago, I spent a couple weeks going to every wheel shop in Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. I decided to go with Preferred after stopping by and talking with Joey. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and helped me find the right wheels on my budget after my 1st and 2nd choices were discontinued. I’m going to be going back to Preferred for all my customizations on my Audi. Thanks a ton Joey for making this such an unusually great customer experience in S FL!!!!

  Joey is a great guy! Great quality work done for a better than fair price. I highly recommend this shop, he has done tons of work on my Audi s4 and I have never been disappointed. Thanks again Joey! I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
