(April 7, 2019, 3:46 am)Friendly and fun spot. Most weeknights you can find good live music from a variety of cool characters. The Tiki- type bar facing the ocean is great hang for locals and tourists.
The rooms themselves are clean, straight-forward and unfussy. The fact that you can literally stumble out of your door and onto the beach trumps fancy towel animals or mints on your pillow. -

(March 7, 2019, 10:24 am)Amazing view and happy people. Always great live music and bartenders! The place to unwind and meet with friends on the Hollywood boardwalk! Go local, stay real, have a beer in the sun or the moon light :)

(December 4, 2018, 1:51 pm)My college roommate and I spent eight nights here in mid-November. Rooms are clean. Staff is wonderful. The beach is at your front door. The broadwalk is fabulous. Live music every single day that ends promptly at 9 pm, so no sleep disruption for the same at heart. This is a quiet section of the beach. Small kitchen with two burners. There are 2 gas grills. If you want a family run oceanfront place and don't have to have a pool, I highly recommend The Riptide!
