Sal is the Best... I would not let anyone touch my phone after this guy. He is fast, knows how to fix ANYTHING!, cares about you as a customer, honest and great prices. I was told by 2 other stores my phone isnt repairable. Nothing is irrepairable at FIXAFONE!!

Broken screen on iphone7. I was referred to Fixafone by my At&t sales rep. I checked out fixafone online and was impressed by thier reviews. Sal was very professional and to the point. Time was a major concern of mine because I work from my phone. He was very understanding and finished the repair a half hour sooner than promised! Phone looks like new!

These guys deserve every bit of this review. They show love and they fix it on the spot in most cases, rarely will you have to come back and pick up another time. Got my LG G4 unlocked by Sal. Thanks to your wife in no small part. You guys are the face of exceptional customer service. Thanks a million you were the only person that could unlock my phone of everywhere I've went no exaggeration, THANK YOU IMMENSELY SAL AND RACHEL!!! I will be back my Note 4 needs repair. Word of mouth spreads fast... TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW WITH A BROKEN PHONE, WHEN YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY BRING IT TO THEM TO FIX, ANYHOW SAVE MONEY AND GET IT FIXED THROUGH THE SOURCE IS ALL I'M SAYING.

I dropped my iPhone 5 in a pan of water. I called around other shops and was given very high prices. They were also very unprofessional. I spoke to Fixafone and right away she was very nice and professional! I dropped my phone off and the owner and tech opened my phone in front of me and explained the restoration process. The price was very reasonable. My phone is fixed! Thanks to Sal and Rachel! Excellent Customer Service!! They work out of the house, which is great because they don't charge what other shops do. Highly recommended!

I cracked my screen on a note 4. I called many places to get a quote to have my screen repaired. Most places told me $220-$260... I drove from West Palm Beach to ft Lauderdale. When I saw Sal he explained to me the replacing process and that another component can possibly break causing such a high price. A few hours later, I got my phone back; Sal took his time and saved me 2-3 times the amount of money I would have spent somewhere els. Worth the ride, great service, great family owned store!
