  All County was quick to find a tenant for us and their fees are competitive (we pay a leasing fee each year as well as a 10% management fee). In the beginning we had some struggles with All County repeatedly changing the manager assigned to our unit, so I called and spoke with Anna the bookkeeper. She is not actually our account manager, but she has never hesitated to take care of everything we need quickly and professionally. She responds to emails the same day, always picks up the phone, and takes care of everything as if she is our account manager. Thanks to Anna and the speed with which the company secured a tenant for our unit, we would definitely recommend All County Property Management to anyone looking for a property manager in Miami.

  These folks successfully rented my house, and they are based locally in Davie, so they knew the area. Good standard rates, and no hidden fees, you should check them out. I really like one of the show-runners, Cassandra; she is very professional, and Ana, the staff accountant. My only complaint here is that my PM went on a very serious leave and nobody informed me, leaving me to think that she was just ignoring me, which was not the case. In the future, this better not happen.

  Lili thank you for always being there and caring the way you do. It is such a wonderful feeling and piece of mind to know that everything will be all right when comes to taking care of our homes. That is priceless. Your professionalism, prompt actions, quick replies, way of caring and servicing the others, the 110% effort that you put in everything you do, it is absolutely one of a kind.
