Stephen the trainer has changed my life for the better. I used to hate going to gym and exercise but he makes his class so fun that you don’t even feel like you’re working out. The method that he uses work if you’re trying to lose or gain weight. He pushes you to bring your best out and provide us with not only exercising materials but also what we are putting in our body. I love his dedication, passion, commitment and the love he has for fitness/health in general. I enjoy each day I go work out. I would definitely referred him to anyone who’s looking for an awesome trainer.
