Look no further - you have found your doula! I met Kelly during my first pregnancy and she was instrumental in coaching my confidence for an unmedicated delivery. A year later, I was pregnant again and instantly reached out to her. Just like the first time, we achieved a confident mind going into labor. That confidence got me to push a 9.5 lb baby unmedicated. Two unforgettable events and so happy I had Kelly to share it with. Always available and well versed on all scenarios I presented.

Kelly has supported me through a c-section, two all natural VBAC water births, and years of nursing in between. My husband and I highly recommend her as a doula and support person - her calm demeanor and complete preparation before and during birth made for a wonderful experience. And with Kelly’s guidance, I nursed my boys for almost two years.

My goal was an all natural VBAC and Kelly was a huge part of accomplishing that - so well that I did it twice! I can’t thank her enough for all that she’s done for my family.

We first met Kelly as students in her birth class. Our midwife recommended her classes with the most glowing compliments. Kelly surpassed every expectation as an educator and made my husband and I feel comfortable with the process. She patiently walked us through the course material and stayed well over the time allotment to ensure we got everything we needed to feel confident in the road ahead. Kelly is passionate, knowledgeable, sincere and genuinely loves what she does.

This experience with her lead us to request her services at our birth. I felt safe with her and knew she would be the person I needed to feel confident and safe during the delivery of my first child.

When she arrived at my home, she was the person I needed to coach me through the delivery. I was fine with the contractions and labor but quite scared about how to actually give birth to my child. Kelly talked me through it and kept me calm. I felt safe in Kelly's care and together we made it through the delivery with flying colors. It was smooth and the baby arrived in perfect health.

Kelly stayed several hours after the delivery to ensure our new little family of three was prepared. She helped me shower and dress after the delivery with the most tenderness and care. She taught me how to breastfeed my baby and even came back the next day for another round of training because she was committed that I could do it and the baby would be healthy by getting the nursing she needed.

Kelly even ran to the store for us to pick up some additional essentials that hadn't arrived yet to ensure we had everything we needed to care for our daughter and that my husband wouldn't have to leave my side.

She checks every box for perfect birth support and I feel privileged that she chose to be apart of our lives. Even a week after the birth, I can send her a text and she's right there, standing by to put my minds at ease and to walk me through whatever is concerning me about my newborn.

Kelly is a true master of her trade. She is genuine, kind, gentle and open with her teaching. As a first time father, Kelly made me and my wife feel safe to ask any questions, comfortable to interact with each other, and patient when we didn't understand something straight away. Kelly didn't make us feel silly or insecure in any way and that was something I appreciated a lot. Birth is a sensitive and subjective process, but Kelly provided us with the info and advice that matched our choices. She wasn't biased towards certain things unless they were proven to cause harm to the baby, and recommended many great products, services and ideas to prepare for, care for the baby. Thank you Kelly!
