She has a no nonsense approach that eliminates trivial discussions and she has a notable ability of minimizing conflict. Wonderful parenting coordinator and person, could not be more grateful for all her help. I had experienced quite the opposite with another person in this field and it made an already horrible situation so much worse, having Lilian as our PC truly has calmed things down and I am forever grateful. As a bonus, she is wonderful with kids.
