  The maintenance team are the best. Every issue I have they are immediately at my door. They always go the extra mile to ensure we are happy. I don't know everyone's name but Jose Aguilar is one of them. I just want to say thank you for all you do.

  Great place to call home. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly and maintenance request are filled within 24hrs with a status update if an extra day or part is needed. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments are quite large and the natural sunlight just light up the place. Quiet community with great neighbors. Outside never floods with the S. FL rain fall. Hurricane shutters provided in the garage. The staff totally impressed me during Hurricane Irma. Staff ensured drains were not blocked, no loose items anywhere, communicated extensively with residents on how to prepare. Just a quaint hidden piece of utopia. I use my garage for my car and my driveway for guests. My neighbors are considerate not to block my driveway should they need extra parking. Very quiet community.
