The staff and the doctor were outstanding on the level of communication, expectations, goals, and overall what's best for me. Price wise I'm extremely happy. I can't wait for my next appointment. (November 29, 2018, 10:46 am)It was my first time at this place, and I had a great experience. I got a filling for a very big cavity that was dangerously close to the nerve but not yet close enough where I would need a root canal. You can't tell by the outside of the office, but inside it is very clean, and equipped with modern technology. The staff was very prompt to see me, and I had the sense that I was in good hands. While waiting, staff came and explained to me what was going on and why I was waiting. The dentist and the dental assistant had great teamwork, and they worked with my anxiety. I explained to them that I had had horrible experiences in the past with dental work, and I get very tense throughout dental work. She was very good with the anesthesia needle. Steady hands. When it came time to grind down the filling, the doctor was very patient when I kept telling her to grind some more until I could bite down comfortably. I believe the doctor's name was Dr. Urruchi. Anyways, I left the place feeling relieved and relaxed. Staff also speaks Spanish.
