Van Dawn PA

Went to new location in Boynton Beach. The office is clean and nicely decorated. We were very impressed with how thorough the exam is. Dr. Van spends a great deal of time with each patient and explains her findings and recommendations with excellent clarity. Will definitely be our new optometrist. So glad she moved to Boynton Beach and takes our insurance.

Dr. Van is an incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and professional optometrist. She is thorough with her eye exams, and addresses all concerns in a very easy to understand manner. I highly recommend Dr. Van for all your vision needs!

I called to make an appointment for an eye infection. Was able to book one on the same day, an hour after I called. I got lost and arrived 45min late, no problem, I just had to wait. Staff is very friendly and considering it's in a Walmart, they were very professional. Dr. Van is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and generous. Even though I didn't have a vision plan under my ins., she said my visit was medical and my insurance should cover that. The office was very busy, the fact that she took the extra steps to see if my insurance would cover the visit says volumes about her attitude towards building a strong relationship with her patients. Unfortunately, I see a lot of doctors, but if half the doctors I visit were as pleasant as her than going to the doctor would be like visiting an old friend. If you don't have an optometrist I strongly recommend giving her your business!
