  I am happily giving Lime Fresh Mexican Grill a five-star rating, not only because the food is delicious, but I feel more importantly it’s the amazing customer service they provide along with providing good food. I recently had a slight issue with a to go order so I called the restaurant. I was connected with the manager, Tiffany, who listened to me, told me it would be rectified and offered a free entrée on my next visit. When I visited again I was able to meet Tiffany in person and she made good on that offer and was so friendly and über professional about it! Fortunately their district manager was on site that day helping out so I was able to commend this amazing staff to him while I was there. Their crew in the kitchen including Gerard and all of his mates throughout the restaurant are the bomb!! You won’t be disappointed. 😉

  Our experience at Lime was amazing! Diana was very sweet. She was our waitress and we could not have asked for a better waitress. We will definitely be dining at Lime many more times. And we got coupons for free tacos!

  My first time eating at Lime Fresh, and it was remarkable. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
  
  I ordered the Big Cali burrito. As advertised, you get a decent amount of chicken, although it was little bland and dry. I'd recommend adding sour cream, cilantro, salsa and a bit more cheese, as well as refried beans. My guest ordered a chicken bowl, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much to Stephanie, the restaurant manager, and the rest of the crew for providing an outstanding service despite the grill and food delay. I will absolutely return to this restaurant. Overall, I loved the food, service, and experience, and I am confident that you will as well!

  My experience at Lime was wonderful. First time si would say I found a fast food Mexican restaurant that is better than Chipotle. Super recommended, very fresh and rich in flavors. I will be back
