I went from 0 hours to CFII with my MultiEngine at this school, the instructors I had the pleasure of talking to and interacting with were all very informative and professional. Not to mention that if you just spend half an hour talking to Jack (chief flight instructor). You will definitely come out of that conversation better for it. Not to mention they use the simulator to help out students instead of wasting money on plane rentals

I just finished my commercial here, transferred here while going through my private. I have had a very pleasant experience throughout my training. Clean facility, great instructors, my instructor ( Furkan ) very patient and professional. Due to those negative reviews I made the mistake of going to another flight school and I feel that none of those bad reviews have any bases in my experience. Carrie is very organized when it comes to check and balances of your account, Jack is one of most experienced pilots out there always ready to answer any questions. I am very happy that I chose to do my flight training at the Florida Aviation Academy. When I decided to begin flight training, I did a lot of research and visited some other big name schools that are very well advertised. They seemed to be much less personal and did not really focus on the individual needs of each student. Over the past 6 months at this school, I was able to go from zero to 250 hours and earn my Commercial Pilot License. At one point during my Private Pilot course, I really became discouraged with my own performance and thought about quitting. Carrie, Jack, and my instructor Mike truly helped me to overcome my doubts. I strongly believe that they did this because they all actually care about their students success. I was able to move forward and pass all of my checkrides sucessfully. Also, I was able to complete my flight training with significantly less debt than the other big name schools. I am very happy with my experience and thank them all. If you are thinking of becoming a pilot, I would highly recommend this school.

Best flight school out there period. You will have a hard time finding a better program due to their more than reasonable prices and the accelerated pace they allow you to move at. I came to Florida Aviation Academy with only a Private Pilot Certificate and within 3 months of continuous, and in depth flight training I had earned my Instrument Rating, Commercial Single Engine and Commercial Multi-Engine Licenses. Now I am working on my CFI and am expecting to be done with it in about a month. The school is very accommodating to life and personal needs and are willing to work with you if anything comes up. The school will also work with you to keep your costs down as much as possible which separates them from other flight programs I have encountered in the past. The chief flight instructor, Jack, is one of the most accomplished pilots I have ever met and has a fountain of knowledge he is eagerly waiting to share with every student that walks through the doors. The culture here is fantastic due to it professional and family like environment. Instructors are always available for help and are more than happy to sit down and thoroughly explain answers to whatever questions you may have. If you come to this school and apply yourself, it will be the best choice you will ever make for your future in aviation.
