They are friendly, considerate and go out of their way to be helpful. And the work they do on my car has never disappoints me. I have a great confidence in what they tell me needs to be done and the job they perform. I recommend them to my friends and they, too, have been pleased. I am so grateful I can trust the care of my car to the men at Poirier’s.

My dealership couldn’t get me in for another week and a half. The total charge was reasonable. There was no gauging, no unpleasant surprises. What a pleasure! Thank you, Poirier’s!

(May 19, 2023, 9:24 am)They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. The ABS system failed for the brakes. It needed an ABS pump motor controller. They were able to replace the part with OEM Ford parts and the repair was done at a fair price in a quick time frame.
