  I am writing this letter to thank your company, Frank Seeber Roofing, for completing our roof replacement. During the process of completing the project, your company has shown diligence and dedication to completing the work in a timely manner. We have lived in our home for 18 years and have always seen your signs in yards throughout the neighborhood. Although there have been many other company signs in yards throughout the neighborhood, we have always been committed to using Frank Seeber for our replacement when that time presented itself. Fast forward eight years since making that decision, and that is exactly what we did. We appreciate your professionalism and would also like to thank the kind gentleman that we spoke to on the day the roof was stripped. I apologize as I don't remember his name. However, he was the person who advised us of the additional wood needed and collected our check. Thank you to all person(s) involved that kept us informed of the step by step process. When working with contractors, a homeowner may have to call to follow up on the next steps etc. That was not the case here. Your company is very organized and not once were we left in the dark as to what would happen next. This is why we would not hesitate to refer Frank Seeber Roofing to other homeowners. Thank you again!

  Frank Seeber Roofing repaired a major leak in our roof before hurricane Ian and it has held great with no water intrusion into our home. Excellent communication.

  I am a property manager and have seen many many roof applications from Frank Seeber Roofing pass over my desk for approval. My roof was in need of replacement and they were the first company that came to mind. Frank came to my home very prepared and his professional knowledge sealed the deal for me. Once my association approved my roof application it was a month before the job was started. John from FS showed up ON TIME with his crew. Day one of tearing off the roof was a seamless experience! Clean up was perfection! Day two and three as well. I cannot express how highly I recommend this company!!!! 10 stars for sure !Now I just need to wait for my tile to arrive and I am looking forward to the finished product. I will post photos once done...

  Seeber Roofing is the best in town. Would not even consider calling another company. With this previous storm I had a leak. As I’m sure thousands of other people did. I called Seeber roofing and they did their absolute best to schedule me within an appropriate amount of time as they were flooded with phone calls. Very polite when on the phone and understanding of the situation at hand. Chris who came out was great, on time and explained everything to me.

  Frank Seeber roofing re-did my roof a few years ago. Not only did they do quality work at a reasonable price, they provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond what was required or even expected, to take care of me. They showed up and finished on time, and on budget. I had a problem during the process that was not their fault and explicitly written in the contract that they were under no obligation to take care of. Yet when I called the office after hours and left a message, I had at least 3 returned calls within the hour--two of them from Frank Seeber himself. They fixed the issue at no additional cost to me and made sure I was satisfied.
  
  Additionally, a year after they were done I had a leak which they came out the same day to look at it. It turns out my neighbor had the leak (I live in a townhouse) and drained into my house. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me for that either.
  
  Bottom line: I can't say enough good things about Frank Seeber and his company. They have done several homes in my neighborhood with freak results and I'm sure they'll provide the same for you.
