Trek Bicycle Store Sunrise

Diego was very helpful the day I went to look at a bike I had in mind. He provided me with everything I needed to know about the bike. He ordered & gave me a timeframe for when it would arrive. I went the day it was to arrive & saw it there. He pulled it down & took it back to be assembled. Came back in 4 hours & it was ready. He provided me with all the information I needed to know about the bike including service & warranty. The Sunrise store is near home & would highly recommend a Trek bike. So far happy with its handling.

This place is amazing!!! Diego and Donna were the best. Don't know much about bikes wanted to surprise my husband and they helped me find the best one for him, they will even hold it until Christmas eve for me. Thank you very much. You made this experience very smooth and pleasant.

These guys are awesome.
They helped me in selecting the right bike, educated me on a few details and most importantly made the whole process easy and pleasant.
They even offered to deliver by new bike to my house in their personal vehicle!

This is probably the best Trek store I've been to! The customer assistant (Diego) helped me buy and tune the bike of my choice within a total of 45 minutes. Plus I got some cool add-ons and discounts too (I ended up saving about 20% on my purchase)! Thank you guys!!

I’ve been shopping around for a new MTB and decided to stop by the Trek store in Sunrise. The manager Jose welcomed me and was very attentive and helpful in recommending a few options from his store inventory. Considering the current shortage of bicycles other store owners are experiencing, Trek of Sunrise had a great selection to choose from. Jose had exactly the bike I wanted. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and on point. He clearly demonstrated the passion and pride he has for TREK as a whole. I must say the experience I had made Trek of Sunrise my one stop go-to bicycle shop. Jose went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. His team did an awesome job in preparing and inspecting the bike. The whole MTB shopping experience thanks to Jose and team was amazing. A++
