When I called I was skeptical as I was accustomed to going directly to each insurance company separately. Instantly I was put as ease, friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff attended to my requests & found the best coverage for my situation. Also the best price. Highly recommended!!

Michele is amazing as she handles our private business and our homeowners insurance in addition to the now instituted 'flood insurance' being residents of hurricane prone Florida. (in fact when our area was hit last year she went above and beyond the call of duty frantically texting me to be sure we were safe as it it Naples directly!) I couldn't ask for a more personally invested insurance agent than Michele. When I need something for our company she has it handled within minutes not hours or days. When I question something about insurance that I don't understand, Michele answers my question immediately and if she doesn't know the answer she, again, finds the correct answer and gets back to me promptly. We are truly blessed to have someone in our corner who treats us respectfully as if we were family. In the day and age where everyone is budget conscious, Michele is again THAT too! I know we are always getting a fair price in addition to impeccable service searching for the best, most efficient deal for us because she searches for our best plan and deal. ! I can not say enough wonderful things about Michele Schneider and The Marcus Group as a trusted insurance company in our area. Look no further! You've found the right person in Michele Schneider!
