I have been using Captain Termite for abut 2 years now, their service is always thorough. I have never had an issue with them nor their employees. In fact, office secretary Marien is always polite and is able to schedule my routine inspections around my schedule and Jorge always asks permission before entering any room. He always calls in advance to let me know his estimated time of arrival. The owner Jeanne is very nice and reasonable too.The service Captain Termite offers is quite like no other 10/10!

I called captain terminate in complete diapers and at a loss! I moved in to a an apartment that 3 months later was infested with roaches and had a slight terminate issues. Once they came I can truly say 6 months later and I am still roach free!!!! They are always on time with their service and I sleep easy.

Captain termite is a great and reliable company to use for termite tenting. After calling all over Miami (some companies didn’t even get back to me), Captain termite sent someone out who did a full inspection, in the pouring rain, and was still very pleasant and informative. They got back to me within a day with a quote (some I’m still waiting on) and we were able to schedule to tenting right away. When I had to change my tenting date, they were very accommodating. For tenting, they were clear about all of the requirements and they showed up on time. They went around my trees and plants as best as they could (some are close to the house). They were extremely fast about putting the tent up and removing it. Then the inspector came to test the air quality. I would highly recommend using Captain termite for termite tenting.
