Crystal was AWESOME!! From the beginning, her vibrant, confident attitude makes you feel a bit more relaxed because she shows that she knows what she’s doing. She dealt with the insurance company directly I didn’t have to do anything. She even called the rental car place to come pick me up once I finished signing necessary paperwork. They finished the work on my car before the timeframe expected and the work was phenomenal!!!! I am so happy with Heat Collision of West Park and I know for sure that I will definitely use them in the future for any of my auto body needs.
