  I go to this ups store a few times a month and all the employees are extremely helpful and polite. They are knowledgeable and I feel go above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this location!

  I live near several UPS stores and by far, this is my favorite! It can get busy, but they do their very best to get to everyone in a timely manner!
  I've used this store for years and will continue to give them my business!

  I live in the area and have rented a mailbox from them for the last couple of years so I usually go into the store 3 or 4 times a week, and I can tell you that I have never received anything but excellent and friendly service here. The owner is wonderful and has personally gone out of his way to stay open for me to pick up a package. I have used them for notary services, shipping, mail delivery, copies, printing, faxing and even buying some office and moving supplies, and have never had a problem. The employees that he hires have all been polite and courteous, and very helpful. Honestly, I can't really see these negative reviews, seems like they might have been greatly exaggerated. This business is one of the cornerstones of the Weston Lakes Plaza, and the entire area. Thank you and keep up the good work!

  I am a recent customer and have been consistently impressed with the staff. The owner is very professional. There are many customers there but he always takes the point to greet me by name. I feel like there is very individualized personalized high-quality service and recommend the store to anyone in the area who needs a mailbox.
