Darlene was very professional very helpful also very informational. She did her job very well when I came into the business

I wish our storage space was as nice as Darlene. The overhead door didn't move very easily and there were a couple of loose boards right in the doorway that dropped 2-3 inches when stepped on. The facility is very well lighted but inside the unit there are no lights.

Darlene was great to work with. She called me back asap when they had a unit available as she stated. She was accommodating to my schedule, very easy to work with and was a pleasure and professional.
The unit was just as stated.

Darlene is one of the best! She is so attentive, detail oriented, and most of all you can tell she is compassionate towards her customers. She takes great care any accomodations you need. I could not recommend this business enough. I trust to have some of my most prized possessions in this company's care. I've never had any issues.

Just got my storage unit today! Everything was so easy, as I was able to do everything online. Darlene was fast to contact me regarding the code for the gate, lock, keys, etc. She answered all of my questions and made it a very simple, pleasant experience! Glad i found A Storage Inn! Thank you!
