We hired them for a really bad mosquito problem and some sugar ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Needless to say, they are amazing! From quality of service to scheduling and communication! After going through so many incompetent pest control companies for our large hoa we’re happy to have found Apache. Our hoa always wanted to go with the cheapest quote and we all paid for it in the long run. The “cheap” guys charge you without showing up and when they do show up they don’t do anything besides give excuses as to why we have all of these problems. We’ve been using Apache for 6 months now and all the issues we had have been resolved. Every time we want to talk to them, they always respond immediately. Joel and Jennifer are very thorough and clear with their communication. Their team is very professional. They always let us know when they’re coming and ALWAYS show up when they say they will. They’re very honest and their knowledge in pest control is amazing. I’ve recommended them to all my other property manager friends. The ones that decided to use them have gone out of their way to thank me for the recommendation. That’s how good this company is. Trust me, Apache WILL resolve any pest issue that you have whether it’s in your house, business or association. 5 stars doesn’t do them any justice!
