(February 16, 2021, 9:58 pm)2 years ago I started with Nelene's program, I got to her completely thin and without muscle mass because she had been on another nutritional program, where I lost fat and muscle mass.
With Nelene I have learned not only to eat well and healthy, but also to eat according to the exercises I do. I have been doing Crossfit since 2011 and although I am "well" I could not lose the fat on my waist and hips. Within a month of starting my nutrition with Nelene my body was transformed and I recovered my muscle mass and I finally managed to get the results of my dreams!
I eat everything but I already know how much and how!!
I am happy with myself and with my body! I look better than when I was 30 or 40 😜😜🏋️♀️🏋️♀️💃💃
