Island Sands Inn Wilton Manors

A beautiful well maintained property with two beautiful salt water pools. Walking distance to the night life... Alibi, eagle, hunters, gym bar etc. Perfect location. Host is very attentive. Thank you Buck! We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I stayed here about a year ago and really enjoyed it. This time I stayed at one of the satellite locations about a block away (5 minute walk) from the main building that I had stayed at before. I loved having a pool 15 ft away from my doorway, and only having to share it with three other units. This unit also had a full size kitchen with a dining table, a large seating area / bedroom, and a huge tiled shower in the bathroom. The island sand is centrally located near all the Wilton Manors hot spots such as Alibis and Rosie's and Hunter's just around the corner. The
personalized service is exceptional and you feel like you're the only guest at the hotel even when it's fully booked. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who's going to be in the Wilton Manors or Fort Lauderdale area. The little extras are greatly appreciated, like sticky notes and a pen on the kitchen table, oodles of extra towels, a free washer and dryer in the room. They even stocked the fridge with complimentary soda and water. True Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank You Island Sands, I will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Island Sands Inn. Mike was so helpful getting us oriented and recommending restaurants and nightspots. And there are many of both within walking distance!
We chose a small room for the two of us. It was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room for us and our stuff.
We had breakfast every day delivered to us by the pool. The water was warm and inviting and the complimentary sunscreen was a nice touch.
If we're ever in Fort Lauderdale again, I'm sure this is the place we'll stay.

This is an excellent Inn, I don’t know where to begin. Extremely clean, quiet, perfect location for everything Wilton Manors has to offer. So many bars and clubs within 2 blocks! Mike is an extremely gracious host. New to the area, he took extra time to orient me to the area and offer recommendations. He personally walked me to the room to assure all was in order.. The pool area is private and very clean. The room is well appointed. Oversized shower, large bath area, and a small but efficient kitchenette area. The bed was SO comfortable with lots of pillows. The other owner, Jim, is just as warm and caring. So wonderful you may not want to leave the property!
