(April 6, 2021, 7:10 pm)This gym is a wonderful place to get a great workout. The owner and staff make extra effort to make sure the equipment is clean and functional. Great variety of free weights and machines to provide any type of workout you desire. Members can also select the channel on TV's. Lake Asbury is lucky to have a quality gym like this in the neighborhood.

(May 26, 2020, 8:59 am)It's clean, and open 24/7 to members. Has most everything you'd require. Never really that many people there. No creepers or meatheads, very few "gym bros". Everyone I've encountered has been polite, they move out of your way when trying to get to weights or machines, they clean up after they use equipment. They don't talk or interrupt your routine. I typically go outside of business hours, so no interaction with staff, I assume they're helpful.
