Severts Tree Farm

Doug and Shawn were 💯 helpful, provided excellent customer service, very straight forward and really listened to what we wanted…. AFTER CLOSING HOURS too! Their selection of trees, hands down by far, our weighed the other 5 tenets we visited! I’ll admit, the trees this year seemed to be more pricey than I’m used to, BUT I know if I had settled and I mean really settled, I would have been bothered the rest of my Christmas season! Do yourself a favor…. Give them a chance and really take your time you may find a tree you love! I am beyond picky with my trees.. I like the fat full trees! I am thankful for them!

We are never disappointed with the Middleburg location! We love the service and trees! This is our first flocked tree! I'm so impressed with how it came out!

Had a great service experience with Severts! My fiancé and I bought our largest tree we ever had this past weekend right close to closing time. When we got home, we’re heart broken that the tree did not stand up straight… but after messaging them on Facebook, Doug actually reached out to me after their normal business hours to try to resolve my concern. After answering a few questions, he actually arranged to come out to my house the next day and make sure there was not something wrong with the tree, and offered a refund if we couldn’t get it resolved. Turns out, my stand I had from a few years ago was too small. Doug helped me with getting credit for my old stand and sure nuff… perfection!!! Thank you for making sure our Christmas stayed merry and bright! And our most beautiful tree yet!!!

Today I had to pay Severt’s in Middleburg another visit due to an issue with our original tree. I spoke with the manger Doug and he was amazing! He let us pick out a replacement that was just as beautiful as the first and comp’d us for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and beautiful trees. Thank you Doug!!!

Best place to get your tree! This is our third or forth year getting our tree from this lot and it’s always the best. Highly highly recommend!
