Clay County Sheriff's Office - Middleburg Operations Center

Good guys came when I called about some emotional problems I was having back in 2018. About 5 guys came and talked to me, sharing their struggles with life and letting me know I'm not alone. One of the older officers ended up showing me a bunch of pictures on his phone of alligators and other animals that he put little sombrero hats on. Really cheered me up. I previously had a negative view of law enforcement but that encounter really changed those views and I will forever remember it. Thank you Clay County Sheriff's office.

I just wanted to say thank you to the men and women of the sheriffs office they showed up at the ice cream shop last night for the ice cream with cops event. Thank you for taking time out of your evening to spend with the kids. One of the gentleman even let my kids take a picture with him and a big fluffy service dog! It was pretty busy, and considering the Covid climate, wish that I could’ve shook the officers hand. My kids are obsessed with police officers, police vehicles, and getting the bad guys. So getting to meet the officers Meant a lot to my two boys. Just wanted to say thank you for everything that you do, thank you for your sacrifice, and thank you for protecting and serving our community.

They were very gentle when handcuffing me, and their patrol vehicles are incredibly roomy from what I’m used to. Overall very professional. Will definitely get arrested by them again!
