Community First Credit Union

Went in to discuss my loan options for consolidation and possible refinancing of my auto loan.
Kristina Cash took excellent care of me, explained everything very clearly and I was able to get the loan in a timely manner.

I have been a longtime customer/ supporter of Community First CU. I joined when it served the educational employees in Orange Park. It was conveniently across the street from my workplace. Their service was excellent and personal. The tellers knew my name and we became business friends. They offered many different services that changed with the times and needs. 40 years later the qualities that drew my loyalty are still part of their banking experience. Even thought I have moved to St Augustine , there is a branch there with fantastic people. They offer great online banking and helpful people when you call the main headquarters to ask a question or need a specific service. It’s reassuring that as our world is becoming more impersonal and providing less service, I know I can count on a pleasant banking experience every time I interact with Community First.

I'm a new member to Community First Credit Union and this was my first time through the drive thru and it was a fast and friendly experience! They have plenty of transaction tickets right in the tube for you to fill out and they are so friendly! Jonevia C was excellent and greeted me and then gave me a kind goodbye before sending my receipt back to me. I'm so glad I made the switch to Community First!

I have been going to this location for a few years now and always have a good experience, however recently the last few months I have had the opportunity to have Jonevìa Coleman take care of my transactions for me. She always brings a smile to the conversation and I can't resist smiling back as we ask how our days are going. It's refreshing because not everyday goes great. Don't know which one of us gets the bigger smile, but I look forward to my trip there. I hope you don't lose this one!!

I've been a member for approximately 25 years and the personal in the Orange Park branch on Blanding Blvd are the most friendly and professional people I've had the pleasure to be served by, especially Jonevia Coleman. Her smile and professional attitude always makes it a pleasure to continue banking with Community First Credit Union. I'm always very happy with each visit to this branch office.
