Famous Automotive & Tire Center

I want to thank the Gentlemen at Famous Automotive & Tire Center in Fleming Island for helping me this morning. As I was driving to work my tire pressure decreased dramatically and I drove right into their facility before 8:00 a.m. In less than 25 minutes they found and removed TWO nails from my tire and had me back on the road. Also, they determined that when I had my tires rotated at the dealer a few months back, they had not reprogramed the tire sensors, so I thought the flat tire was in the front, when it actually was in the back. They fixed my tire and corrected the sensor tire location data to ensure I was safe. Best part is that they did not charge me for this service. I will be back for all my tire and automotive needs in the future. Service like theirs is not readily available these days. Thank you for helping me so quickly, professionally and cheerfully. You saved me.

I have an old car, 2000 Mitsubishi but I love it and it still runs. It needed a check up and Calvin and his crew put it on a lift and rotated tires ...plus. He said everything looks good except the wheel cylinders need replacing soon. Call us and we will order the parts to be here when you can .. He gave me a quote. No charge today! Thank you so much for being so honest I will definitely be back soon. My daughter also has brought her car here. We are new here so it is so comforting to find genuine honesty!

Excellent service and professionalism! I was having an electrical issue with my Jeep for awhile - called on a Saturday morning and Calvin gave me a very clear set of expectations and said they would find time to fit me in. They did and were able to identify and solve my problem quickly and easily. This was my third experience with Famous Auto and second at this location - all very positive experiences with quick successful and affordable resolutions. Very happy to have found a great local mechanic shop so honest, fair, and customer service-driven. Highly recommend!

These guys were great, I came with a laundry list of things I needed fixed on my truck and they handled all of it in one day. Very professional, honest, and fair with their pricing. I was nervous to even get my truck on the road, when I left Famous the truck was riding brand new. Highly recommend, we’ll be doing all of our mechanic work through them from now on!

Been using them for over 6 months. Always fantastic service. Calvin, the service manager is very courteous, easy to work with, and explains the options and plan of action clearly. I'm 61 and have dealt with many repair shops over the years. Calvin and his team have earned my loyalty! No need to look elsewhere for a automotive service center. FIVE STARS!
