The argument with the assistant manager was about Publix employees (not customers) not following Publix stated policy. The whole post is either completely fictional or a complete misunderstanding. This person has signed up new accounts and left this same “review” on a bunch off different sites. The poster is not a client and most likely a Publix employee who holds a grudge.
