The City of Oak Hill was amazed with 12 Hours Award. Not only was the plaque we ordered very classy it was beautiful. The recipient of the award was in tears. Thank you 12 Hour Awards. I was not expecting the plaque for 5-7 days and the plaque arrived 12 hrs after approval.

This is my 3rd year using this company. I dont leave ratings often, but I feel the need to here. Their costumer service is the best I've experienced, not just from in the field, but across the board. The quality of their product is incredible, and always seems to arrive within a day or two after I place my order. If you're looking for excellent quality, extremely fast shipping, and very friendly and personal customer service, order from 12 hour awards. Had a plaque made for my son’s Eagle Project and 12 Hour Awards did a perfect job. Beautiful quality! I especially liked how well they listened to what I wanted and put it into the proof. Excellent and friendly customer service. When I asked to change a small detail they sent the update for approval within minutes. Nice!
