I was hesitant about going for the first visit because I wasn’t so sure about what I was getting myself into!! But.... once I walked in the door I felt so relaxed and comfortable. The workout was amazing and I think I may be hooked now! Thank you, Kristen and Alissa, for being so nice and welcoming! Can’t wait to join and start getting my life back! - Joni

(January 24, 2020, 9:44 am)I love that I have a coach with the knowledge to push me yet help me make the necessary modifications so as not to injure myself until I can build strength and good form. I love that I can unplug for an hour and just do what he/she tells me. And I especially love the real-time feedback that I get via the HR monitor. I think this is FINALLY a workout that I can stick with long-term!
